Funeral Services for Jan Turner, 60 of Lindale, were held Sunday, Sept. 9, 2018 at the Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home Chapel in Lindale with Rev. William Dillon and Rev. David Bethel officiating and special speaker Nathan Brown.
A private interment was at Langley Cemetery in Beckville, Texas under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge-Daugherty Funeral Home.
Mrs. Turner passed away on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018 at her home in Lindale, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born June 21, 1958 in Carthage to the late, James Robert “Sonnyman” and Alvie Cleo (Grice) Curry.
Mrs. Turner has lived in Lindale for the past seven years and had previously lived in El Dorado, Ark.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Claud Jackson and Harry Lee Curry; nephew, Edmond Jackson Curry and niece, Penny Lynn Williams.
Survivors include her husband, Kane Turner of Lindale; son, Bill Birmingham of Carthage; daughter, Misty Hawkins and husband, Jeremy of Mansfield, Texas; brothers, Larry Curry of Texarkana, Texas, James Curry of Beckville and Gene Curry of Gladewater and twin sister, June Dyke of Carthage; four grand children and numerous nieces and nephews.
