Officer Petty was dispatched to the 13000 block of Harvey Road in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint at approximately 2:20 A.M. The vehicle was located by the officer unoccupied and no signs of anyone on foot in the area.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to a traffic complaint on I-20 near mile marker 556 east bound at approximately 2:15 P.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle then the officer stated that the vehicle was having mechanical problems and was now off the roadway.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 900 block of Carol Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 3:15 P.M. Contact was made with the reporting person and additional information was obtained by the officer.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 500 block of South Main Street in reference to a parking violation complaint at approximately 3:30 P.M. The officer checked the area and was unable to locate any vehicles that were illegally parked.

Officer Renfro and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to a business in the 100 block of East Centennial Blvd in reference to parking violations at approximately 3:55 P.M. Contact was made with vehicle owners by the officers and all vehicles were moved.

Sergeant McElyea was dispatched to the 100 block of East Centennial Blvd. in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 4:00 P.M. Contact was made with the reporting person and the subject by the officer.

Officer Bryan was out in the 100 block of Ballard Street in reference to a warrant service at approximately 5:10 P.M. Marcell Lee Nichols with a date of birth of 07-25-1985 was arrested by the officer for outstanding warrants.

Officer Renfro was dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 3200 block of South Main Street at approximately 5:35 P.M. The officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle at that time.

Officers Burnette, Renfro and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to the 300 block of South Main Street in reference to an assault at approximately 5:40 P.M. A report was taken by officers and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 13000 block of Hwy 69 N to assist Tyler DPS Troopers with traffic control for a traffic accident at approximately 5:45 P.M.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 400 block of Molly Lane in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint at approximately 6:30 P.M. The area was checked by the officer then he stated that the vehicle had left the area prior to his arrival.

Officer Petty was dispatched to the 500 block of West Hubbard Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 7:20 P.M. Contact was made with all parties by the officer and then part of them left the area.

Officer Stevens was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 3200 block of South Main Street at approximately 7:35 P.M.

Officers Petty, Stevens and Bryan were dispatched to a traffic accident on I-20 near mile marker 555 east bound at approximately 10:20 P.M.

Officer Bryan and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to the 300 block of South Industrial Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 10:45 P.M.

Officer Stevens and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to the 1500 block of Wood Spring Road in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 11:00 P.M. The area was checked and officers were unable to locate anyone matching the description at that time.

Officers Stevens and Petty assisted Tyler DPS Troopers with a traffic accident on I-20 near mile marker 556 east bound at approximately 12:25 A.M.

Sergeant Flores was dispatched to a traffic accident on I-20 near mile marker 555 east bound at approximately 12:55 A.M.

Officers Stevens, Petty and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to a business alarm in the 2500 block of South Main Street at approximately 1:30 A.M. Officers checked the building then stated that it was a false alarm.

Officers Petty and Stevens were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 13000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 2:15 A.M.

Officer Stevens was out in the 100 block of North Main Street checking on a unsecured building at approximately 4:35 A.M. The building was checked and then the officer stated that everything appeared to be fine and secure the doors.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 100 block of Ballard Street at approximately 8:30 A.M.

Officer Guy met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to found property at approximately 8:40 A.M. A report was taken by the officer and the property was later returned to the owner.

Officers Burnette and Guy were dispatched to a business alarm in the 15000 block of Wood Springs Road at approximately 9:55 A.M. When officers checked out at the business they were met by an employee who stated that it was a false alarm.

Officer Guy was dispatched to an animal complaint in the 200 block of South Henry Street at approximately 10:05 A.M. Contact was made with the owner of the animal and it was secured at that time.

Officer Guy was dispatched to a traffic hazard in the 100 block of North Main Street at approximately 11:45 A.M. The debris was removed from the roadway by the officer.

Officers Guy and Burnette were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 3500 block of South Main Street at approximately 12:00 P.M.

Officers Burnette and Guy were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 500 block of Circle Drive at approximately 3:45 P.M. The vehicle was located unoccupied and the officers were unable to locate the owner at that time.

Officer Burnette met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a theft complaint at approximately 4:40 P.M. A report was taken by the officer and is under further investigation at this time.

Officer Stevens assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a disturbance call in the 16000 block of Stonewood Drive at approximately 8:20 P.M.

Officers Petty and Stevens were dispatched to the 600 block of Mount Sylvan Road in reference to a criminal trespass complaint at approximately 8:35 P.M. A report was taken by the officers and is under further investigation at this time.

Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to a disturbance in the 700 block of Linus Street at approximately 10:15 P.M. The disturbance was settled at the scene with no charges filed at this time.

Officers Stevens and Petty assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a 911 hang up call in the 18000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 11:00 P.M.

Officers Petty and Stevens were dispatched to the 3400 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 11:15 P.M. Contact was made with all parties involved and everything was okay.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 600 block of Circle Drive at approximately 2:35 P.M. The officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle at that time.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with an attempt to locate a suspect in the 100 block of West Hubbard Street at approximately 2:45 P.M. The subject was located by the officers and detained until Sheriff’s Deputies could arrive.

Officers Leevey, Dworaczyk Sergeants Bolton, McElyea and Detective Lazarine were dispatched to an assault in the 15000 block of Wood Springs Road at approximately 3:15 P.M. A report was taken and in under further investigation by detectives at this time.

Officer Dewolfe was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 100 block of Ballard Street at approximately 7:05 P.M.

Officer DeWolfe was out in the 17000 block of I-20 W in reference to a public service matter at approximately 8:30 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton and Officer DeWolfe were dispatched to a welfare concern in the 500 block of South Boyd Street at approximately 10:15 P.M. Contact was made with the residence and after speaking to everyone there the officer stated that everything was fine.

Officers DeWolfe and Wilson were dispatched to a hit and run accident in the 300 block of South Main Street at approximately 12:20 A.M. A report was taken and is under further investigation at this time.

Officer DeWolfe was dispatched to the 15000 block of Wood Springs Road in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 5:45 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject who was able to provide a valid reason for being at the location.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to an animal complaint in the 13000 block of CR 472 at approximately 9:50 A.M. One animal was picked up and taken to the city kennels for holding until the owner could be located.

Detective Lazarine met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a fraud complaint at approximately 10:10 A.M. A report was taken and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Sergeant Bolton and Officer Leevey assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a disturbance call in the 16000 block of Stone Wood Drive at approximately 1:25 P.M.

Officer Leevey met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a fraud complaint at approximately 2:30 P.M.

Officer Leevey, Detective Lazarine, Sergeants Bolton and McElyea were dispatched to the 600 block of South Main Street in reference to an assault at approximately 3:40 P.M. A report was taken and one male juvenile was taken into custody for alleged aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Sergeant Bolton assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a disturbance call in the 12000 block of Plum Drive at approximately 4:30 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton was dispatched to the 700 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 6:00 P.M. The area was checked by the officer and he was unable to locate the subjects at that time.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe were dispatched to a disturbance in the 300 block of Washington Street at approximately 8:30 P.M. The disturbance was settled at the scene with no charges filed at that time.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe were dispatched to the 100 block of East Centennial Blvd in reference to a theft complaint at approximately 12:15 A.M. A report was taken and is under further investigation at this time.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 13000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 9:30 A.M.

Officer Leevey met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a fraud complaint at approximately 11:00 A.M. A report was taken by the officer and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to the 400 block of West Hubbard Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 11:40 A.M. The officers checked the area but were unable to locate the person at that time.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 1600 block of South Main Street at approximately 11:50 A.M. The vehicle was located and contact was made with the driver by officers.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to the 3200 block of South Main Street in reference to an assault at approximately 1:35 P.M. A report was taken by officers and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 200 block of West South Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 2:10 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject in the area and the officer then stated that everything was fine.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to a 911 hang up call in the 300 block of Cooper Street at approximately 2:25 P.M. Contact was made with a residence and it was determined that it was a child playing with the phone.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to the 500 block of South Main Street in reference to 911 abuse at approximately 3:45 P.M. Contact was made with the caller and then the officer stated that it was a misdial.

Officer Bryan was dispatched to the 200 block of Half Street in reference to a public service matter at approximately 4:10 P.M.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 2500 block of South Main Street in reference to a counterfeit money complaint at approximately 4:40 P.M. A report was taken and forwarded for further investigation.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 300 block of South Main Street at approximately 4:50 P.M.

Officers Leevey and Bryan were dispatched to a traffic compliant in the 800 block of East South Street at approximately 5:50 P.M. Contact was made with the driver by officers and then the stated that the driver was fine.

Officer Bryan was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 500 block of South Main Street at approximately 6:15 P.M.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 100 block of Perryman Road at approximately 6:25 P.M.
