Funeral services for Eunice Bryant Arnwine, 102, of Mineola and relative of Lindale and Hideaway residents, were held Friday, Dec. 21 in the Mineola First Baptist Church with Rev. Mark Neely officiating.
Private interment was in the Laurel Land Cemetery in Dallas under the direction of Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Directors in Lindale.
Mrs. Arnwine died Tuesday, Dec. 18 in a Tyler hospice center. She was born in Alba, Texas to John Lee and Nancy Elizabeth (Kennedy) Taylor on Dec. 18, 1910 and was formerly of Dallas before moving to Mineola in 1975.
Mrs. Arnwine had previously worked for the Dallas Independent School District as a cafeteria manager and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mineola. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur Earl Bryant and Clinton Arnwine; 1 brother; and 4 sisters.
Mrs. Arnwine is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, E. D. “Buddy” and Joyce Bryant of Hideaway and J. Deral and Margaret Bryant of Dallas; daughter, Barbara Race of Fort Worth; 12 grandchildren, Susan Wyche of Dallas, Lisa Solis of Dallas, Elizabeth Cerda of Dallas, Steven Bryant of Lindale, Vicki Howell of Tyler, Lori Garza of Dallas and Elaine Rothenberg of Duncanville, Kyle Miller of Grapevine, Pam Johnson of Dallas, Angie Autrey of Ridgeland, Miss., Tammy Fletcher of Anchorage, Alaska and Brian Arnwine of Trophy Club; 23 great grandchildren and 22 great great grandchildren.
