Officers Petty and Stevens were dispatched to a disturbance in the 3500 block of South Main Street at approximately 12:00 A.M. Officers met with all parties involved and then stated that the disturbance was settled at the scene with no charges filed at that time.

Officer Stevens was out in the 900 block of East Hubbard Street checking on an unsecured property at approximately 1:25 A.M. The building was checked by the officer and the building was then secured.

Officer Petty and Detective Lazarine were dispatched to the 1200 block of South Main Street in reference to an unattended death at approximately 3:30 A.M. An inquest was performed and evidence was collected by officers.

Officer Burnette was out in the 200 block of West South Street checking on an unsecured property at approximately 8:25 A.M. The officer checked the business and found an employee there who stated they had forgotten to close the door when they entered.

Officers Renfro and Burnette assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a residential alarm in the 14000 block of FM 849 at approximately 9:20 A.M.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 17000 block of I-20 W at approximately 9:50 A.M. The officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle at that time.

Officer Renfro was dispatched to the 2500 block of South Main Street in reference to a fraud complaint at approximately 10:55 A.M. A report was taken by the officer and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officers Renfro and Burnette assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a burglary call in the 15000 block of Hickory Drive at approximately 11:00 A.M.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 100 block of East Centennial Blvd in reference to a hit and run accident at approximately 12:00 P.M. A report was taken by the officer and is under further investigation at this time.

Chief Somes was out in the 15000 block of CR 4191 checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 12:05 P.M. Contact was made with two subjects by the Chief and they provided information as to why they were at the residence.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 100 block of North Main Street in reference to a fraud complaint at approximately 2:50 P.M. A report was taken by the officer and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Sergeant Flores was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 3200 block of South Main Street at approximately 4:10 P.M.

Officer Renfro was dispatched to the 1000 block of Karen Drive in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 5:40 P.M. The officer made contact with the reporting person and gathered further information on the activity.

Sergeant Flores and Officer Burnette were dispatched to the 400 block of Summer Tree Circle in reference to a missing juvenile at approximately 6:00 P.M. Contact was made with the parent and while checking the area the juvenile was located and returned to the parent by officers.

Officers Petty, Stevens and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to a business alarm in the 2200 block of South Main Street at approximately 6:55 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject at the business who stated that it was a false alarm.

Sergeant Flores was dispatched to the 200 block of North Henry Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 9:50 P.M. Contact was made with the reporting party and the area was checked by the officer.

Officer Petty and Sergeant Flores were out in the 300 block of South Main Street checking on suspicious persons at approximately 10:30 P.M. Contact was made with three male subjects who stated to officers that they were just waiting on a friend.

Officer Stevens was out in the 900 block of East Hubbard Street checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 11:00 P.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and after speaking to the officer he left the area.

Officers Leevey, Dworaczky and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to the 17000 block of I-20 W in reference to a welfare concern at approximately 11:35 A.M.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 200 block of North Henry Street in reference to a missing juvenile at approximately 11:50 A.M. Initial information on the juvenile was collected by the officer then the case was turned over to the Smith County Sheriff’s Department because the juvenile was missing from their jurisdiction.

Officer Dworaczyk assisted the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department with an attempt to locate a person in the 13000 block of CR 472 at approximately 12:10 P.M.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to the 3400 block of South Main Street in reference to an assault at approximately 12:50 P.M. A report was taken and was forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 200 block of North Henry Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 1:35 P.M. A report was taken and is under further investigation at this time.

Officer Dworaczyk and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to the 13000 block of Hwy 69 N in reference to an unattended child at approximately 1:55 P.M. Upon arrival the parent had the child and stated to officers that in the confusion of getting multiple juvenile into a business one had been left and as soon as they realized they came out for the child.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 200 block of Hillside Circle at approximately 4:55 P.M. One animal was picked up and taken to the city kennel until the owner could be located.

Officer Wilson was dispatched to the 200 block of Summer Tree Circle in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 8:50 P.M. Contact was made with the reporting person and the area was checked by the officer.

Officer Guy was dispatched to the 300 block of South Main Street in reference to a counterfeit money complaint at approximately 8:55 P.M. A report was taken and forwarded by the officer for further investigation.

Officer Wilson was dispatched to a residential alarm in the 200 block of Heritage Court at approximately 9:20 P.M. Contact was made with the residence then the officer stated that it was a false alarm.

Officer Wilson and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to the 900 block of Mt Sylvan Road in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 11:05 P.M. Officers checked the area and were unable to find anything or anyone.

Officer Wilson was dispatched to a business alarm in the 1600 block of South Main Street at approximately 2:20 A.M. After checking the business the officer stated that it was a false alarm.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to the 700 block of North College Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 11:30 A.M. A report was taken and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Sergeant Bolton assisted a motorist in the 100 block of South Main Street at approximately 2:05 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton was out in the 2800 block of South Main Street checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 2:45 P.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and then the officer stated that they had pulled over to use cell phone.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to the 100 block of Hudson Street in reference to a criminal trespass complaint at approximately 3:05 P.M. A report was taken and is under further investigation at this time also one criminal trespass warning was issued by the officer.

Officer Wilson was dispatched to a traffic hazard in the 700 block of North Main Street at approximately 7:00 P.M. The officer checked the area then stated that the debris had been removed prior to his arrival.

Officer DeWolfe and Sergeant Bolton were out in the 2500 block of South Main Street checking on suspicious activity at approximately 7:55 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject and after speaking to the officers they left the area.

Officer Wilson was dispatched to the 1000 block of Mt Sylvan Road in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 10:00 P.M. The area was checked and then the officer stated that everything was okay.

Officer Wilson was dispatched to the 200 block of West Centennial Blvd in reference to a parking violation at approximately 6:50 A.M. Contact was made with the owner of the vehicle and it was moved to a legal parking area.

Officer Leevey and Lieutenant Craft were dispatched to the 100 block of Main Street to assist TXDOT with traffic control while they worked on the traffic signal at approximately 7:25 A.M.

Officer Leevey was out in the 200 block of West South Street on an escort at approximately 10:45 A.M.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to the 200 block of North Henry Street in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint at approximately 1:00 P.M. The officers checked the area for the vehicle and were able to locate it and make contact with the driver.

Officers Dworaczyk met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a fraud complaint at approximately 4:20 P.M. A report was taken and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officer Leevey and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to the 200 block of North Henry Street in reference to a criminal mischief and criminal trespass complaint at approximately 5:45 P.M. A report was taken on both offences and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe were dispatched to a business alarm in the 2400 block of South Main Street at approximately 8:10 P.M. The business was checked by offers then they stated that it was a false alarm.

Officer DeWolfe was dispatched to a loud noise complaint in the 15000 block of Wood Springs Road at approximately 8:45 P.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and the music was turned down.

Officer DeWolfe made a routine traffic stop in the 18000 block of Hwy 69 N that resulted in the arrest of James Eric Armstrong with a date of birth of 01-10-82 on outstanding warrants at approximately 9:20 P.M.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to a traffic complaint on I-20 near mile marker 556 west bound at approximately 9:30 A.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and his load was able to re-secure his load.

Officer Dworaczyk assisted a stranded motorist on I-20 near mile maker 554 east bound at approximately 9:55 A.M.

Sergeant Bolton was out in the 2400 block of South Main Street checking on a suspicious person at approximately 3:00 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject and after speaking with the officer he left the area.

Sergeant McElyea met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a public service matter at approximately 3:45 P.M.

Officers Dworaczyk and Leevey were dispatched to the 14000 block of Tucker Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 4:45 P.M. Contact was made with the reporting person and additional information was obtained by officers.

Sergeant Bolton assisted a stranded motorist in the 100 block of South Main Street at approximately 9:25 P.M.

Officer Bryan was out in the 200 block of South Main Street checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 9:25 P.M. Contact was made with the owner of the vehicle and then the officer stated everything was okay.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe were dispatched to a residential alarm in the 300 block of East Hubbard Street at approximately 5:20 A.M. Contact was made with the residence and then officers stated that it was a false alarm.

Officer Burnette met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a public service matter at approximately 1:00 P.M.

Officers Burnette, Renfro, Sergeant Flores and Chief Somes were out in the 200 block of West Hubbard Street on an escort at approximately 4:00 P.M.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 700 block of Queens Way in reference to an ordinance violation at approximately 5:30 P.M.

Officer Renfro was dispatched to a traffic hazard on I-20 near mile marker 554 east bound at approximately 5:45 P.M.

Officer Petty was dispatched to Pool Park in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 7:45 P.M. Contact was made with a male and a female subject and after speaking with the officer they left the area.

Officer Petty was out in the 100 block of Penny Lane checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 8:05 P.M.

Officer Petty responded to a business alarm in the 800 block of South Main at approximately 5:30 a.m.

Officer Renfro was dispatched to a traffic complaint on I-20 near MM 554

Officer Renfro and Officer Burnette were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 900 block of E. South Street. Officer Burnette spoke with the individual in question.

Around 3:30 p.m. Officer Renfro was dispatched to a minor traffic accident in the 3300 block of South Main

Sgt Flores was dispatched to a business alarm in the 2600 block of South Main around 5:30 p.m.

Officer Stevens and Sgt Flores took a criminal mischief report from an individual in the 300 block of North Main at approximately 8:30 p.m.
