Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to a business alarm in the 100 block of South Main Street at approximately 4:55 A.M. Officers checked the business then stated that it was a false alarm.

Officer Stevens was dispatched to a business alarm in the 3200 block of South Main Street at approximately 10:05 A.M. Contact was made by the officer with an employee at the business who stated that it was a false alarm.

Sergeant Flores and Chief Somes were out in the 200 block of East North Street in reference to a public service matter at approximately 10:55 A.M.

Sergeant Flores was dispatched to the 300 block of Braziel Street in reference to a disturbance at approximately 1:45 P.M. A report was taken by the officer but no charges were filed at that time.

Officer Burnette and Sergeant Flores were out in the 200 block of West South Street on an escort at approximately 2:40 P.M.

Officer Burnette was out in the 17000 block of Hwy 69 N checking on a traffic hazard at approximately 3:10 P.M. The officer removed the debris from the roadway and cleared both traffic lanes.

Sergeant Flores was dispatched to the 200 block of Shelly Lane in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 6:10 P.M. The officer checked the area then stated he was unable to locate the individuals at that time.

Officer Stevens was out in the 2300 block of South Main Street in reference to a public service matter at approximately 7:20 P.M.

Officers Petty and Stevens were dispatched to the 300 block of South Industrial Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 7:35 P.M. Contact was made with the reporting persons who stated to officers that the subject had left prior to their arrival.

Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to the 300 block of South Industrial Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 8:15 P.M. The officers checked the area then made contact with the reporting person who stated that the person had left the area prior to the officer’s arrival.

Officer Stevens was dispatched to the 400 block of South Boyd Street in reference to a loud noise complaint at approximately 8:55 P.M. The officer made contact with a residence in the 300 block of Hilltop and then stated that the music had been turned off.

Officer Stevens was dispatched to the 400 block of South Boyd Street in reference to a loud noise complaint at approximately 9:55 P.M. The officer made contact with a residence in the area and then stated that the music had been turned down.

Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to the 2500 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint at approximately 11:30 P.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and then officers stated that everything was okay.

Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to a business alarm in the 100 block of North Main Street at approximately 4:30 A.M. The business was checked then the officers stated that it was a false alarm.

Officers Petty and Stevens assisted the Lindale Fire Department with traffic control in the 3200 block of South Main Street at approximately 6:20 A.M.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to the 3200 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 9:15 A.M. The officer made contact with the reporting person who stated that the subject left prior to the officer’s arrival.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to the 13000 block of CR 467 in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint at approximately 11:15 A.M. The officer located and checked the vehicle which was unoccupied at the time.

Officer Leevey assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a residential alarm in the 12000 block of CR 499 at approximately 12:10 P.M.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to a business in the 13000 block of I-20 W in reference to found property at approximately 12:20 P.M. A report was taken and the property was secured until the legal owner can be located.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to a business in the 100 block of E Centennial Blvd in reference to a theft at approximately 12:30 P.M. A report was taken and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officer Dworaczyk assisted a stranded motorist on I-20 near mile marker 552 east bound at approximately 1:00 P.M. The officer assisted in getting the vehicle moved off of the roadway and into a safe area until roadside assistance could arrive.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to a business alarm in the 14000 block of FM 849 at approximately 1:05 P.M. Contact was made with the business then the officer stated it was a false alarm set off by an employee.

Officers Dworaczyk and Leevey were dispatched to a welfare concern in the 500 block of South Main Street at approximately 3:10 P.M. Officers checked the area and were not able to locate anyone fitting the reporting person’s description at that time.

Officer Leevey assisted a motorist in the 15000 block of FM 16 W at approximately 6:00 P.M. The officer assisted the driver in removing the vehicle from the roadway.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a suspicious vehicle complaint in the 16000 block of Loring Lane at approximately 8:15 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton was dispatched to a welfare concern in the 13000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 9:00 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject and then the officer stated everything was okay.

Officers DeWolfe and Wilson were dispatched to the 3500 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 10:40 P.M. Contact was made with a female subject that was given a courtesy transport to a family member’s residence.

Sergeant Bolton assisted a stranded motorist in the 1400 block of South Main Street at approximately 10:45 P.M.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe were dispatched to a disturbance in the 400 block of South Main Street at approximately 2:40 A.M. Contact was made with all parties and the disturbance was settled at the scene with no charges filed.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 14000 block of CR 474 at approximately 7:10 A.M. Officers were able to get the livestock off the roadway and back inside the pasture.

Officer Leevey assisted a stranded motorist in the 2500 block of South Main Street at approximately 12:40 P.M.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to the 1300 block of CR 463 in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 6:25 P.M. The officers checked the area and were unable to find anyone in the area.

Officer Wilson was dispatched to the 100 block of East Centennial Blvd in reference to a parking complaint at approximately 7:10 P.M. After checking the vehicle the officer stated that the vehicle was legally parked and there was no violation.

Officer DeWolfe assisted a stranded motorist in the 400 block of South Main Street at approximately 8:00 P.M. The officer was able to get the vehicle off the roadway and into a safe area for the driver to work on the vehicle.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a disturbance in the 18000 block of CR 4112 at approximately 9:35 P.M.

Officer DeWolfe and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to a disturbance in the 13000 block of CR 472 at approximately 9:45 P.M. The disturbance was settled at the scene with no charges filed at that time.

Officer DeWolfe and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to the 300 block of Hilltop Drive in reference to a criminal mischief complaint at approximately 10:40 P.M. Contact was made with the reporting person and a report was taken and under further investigation at this time.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 3500 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 8:25 A.M. Contact was made with a male subject in the area.

Officer Dworaczyk met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to an identity theft complaint at approximately 10:00 A.M. A report was taken and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officer Leevey was out in the 3200 block of South Main Street in reference to a public service matter at approximately 12:00 P.M.

Officer Dworaczyk and Detective Lazarine were dispatched to a welfare concern in the 700 block of East South Street at approximately 12:10 P.M. Contact was made with a female subject who stated that everything was fine at the residence.

Officers Dworaczyk, Leevey and Sergeant McElyea were dispatched to a business in the 3500 block of South Main Street in reference to a theft at approximately 12:50 P.M. Contact was made with all parties involved and a report was taken for further investigation.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 900 block of South Main Street at approximately 2:10 P.M.

Sergeant McElyea was out in the 700 block of Half Street in reference to a public service matter at approximately 2:20 P.M.

Officer Bryan was dispatched to the 1500 block of South Main Street in reference to a theft complaint at approximately 2:35 P.M. A report was taken on the theft and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officer Dworaczyk assisted a stranded motorist in the 2500 block of South Main Street at approximately 3:05 P.M.

Officers Bryan and Dworaczyk were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 1400 block of South Main Street at approximately 3:15 P.M.

Officers Leevey, Bryan and Dworaczyk were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 700 block of South Main Street at approximately 4:25 P.M.

Officer Dworaczyk was out in the 200 block of East North Street in reference to a public service matter at approximately 4:30 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton and Officer Bryan were dispatched to a residential alarm in the 100 block of Hamrick Street at approximately 5:00 P.M. Contact was made with the residence and they stated that the alarm company tech working on the alarm set it off.

Officers Bryan and Leevey were dispatched to the 300 block of South Main Street in reference to counterfeit money at approximately 6:30 P.M. The money was taken into custody and a report taken for further investigation.

Officers DeWolfe and Wilson were dispatched to the 13000 block of I-20 W in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint at approximately 8:30 P.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and he stated he had pulled over to rest and would be back on the road shortly.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a suspicious person complaint in the 19000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 9:45 P.M.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe were dispatched to a welfare concern in the 300 block of Bonnie Street at approximately 3:10 A.M. Contact was made with the resident and they stated that the subject they were looking for no lived at the address.

Officer Wilson was dispatched to a residential alarm in the 500 block of South Industrial Street at approximately 5:00 A.M. Contact was made with the resident who stated that it was a false alarm.

Officer Renfro was dispatched to an animal complaint in the 300 block of Rita Drive at approximately 8:45 A.M. Contact was made with the owner of the animal and they were put inside.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 3200 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 11:45 A.M. Contact was made with the reporting person and information was taken by the officer.

Officer Bryan was dispatched to the 600 block of Mallory Street in reference to a fraud complaint at approximately 3:10 P.M. A report was taken and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Sergeant Flores and Officers Burnette and Bryan were out in the 900 block of South Main Street attempting to serve a warrant at approximately 5:50 P.M.

Sergeant Flores assisted a stranded motorist in the 2300 block of South Main Street at approximately 6:40 P.M.

Officers Petty and Stevens were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 600 block of East Hubbard

Street at approximately 7:30 P.M. Officers Made contact with the owner of the animals and a warning citation was issued at that time.

Officers Bryan, Stevens, Petty and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to the 300 block of South Industrial Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 8:40 P.M. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate anyone that fit the description at that time.

Officer Stevens checked a suspicious vehicle in the 3200 block of South Main at approximately 2:30 a.m.

Around 5:00 a.m. Officer Petty and Stevens checked a suspicious vehicle on I-20 at MM 556.

Officers Renfro and Burnette were dispatched to a disturbance at a business in the 3500 block of South Main shortly after 1:00 p.m. The disturbance was settled at the scene and a criminal trespass warning was issued.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. Officer Renfro was dispatched to the 100 block of E South Street in reference to a traffic accident.

Shortly after 5:00 p.m. Officer Burnette took a criminal mischief report from an individual at 105 Centennial

Officers Bryan, Burnette, Stevens and Petty responded to a traffic accident on FM 849 at approximately 6:30 p.m.

Officer Petty responded to the 400 block of South Boyd Street in reference to a loud noise complaint

Shortly after 9:00 p.m. Officer Bryan assist Department of Public Safety with a traffic accident
