Lindale High School Senior Bethany Williams has been presented with the third Good Neighbor Award of the 2012-13 school year from R.J. Collins State Farm Insurance.

Johnson received a framed award, a gift certificate to Doc’s Pizza in Lindale and a car safety kit from Collins.

The R.J. Collins State Farm Insurance Good Neighbor Award is presented once a month during the school year to a student who represents the core values of Lindale High School: accountability, commitment, discipline, honesty, integrity, ownership, respect and responsibility. Students are nominated for the award by Lindale High School counselors and administrators. Collins began the award program in spring 2012. Williams plans to attend Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., where she will pursue a degree in Religious Studies and Health. She is involved in several extra-curricular activities at Lindale High School and maintains one of the most rigorous course loads offered at LHS.
