Officer Stevens was out in the 700 block of South Main Street checking on a suspicious person at approximately 1:05 A.M. Contact was made with the person and the officer stated that everything was OK.

Officers Burnette and Renfro assisted the Texas Department of Transportation with traffic control in the 3500 block of South Main Street at approximately 9:25 A.M.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 1100 block of Woodlands Park Drive in reference to an ordinance violation at approximately 12:40 P.M.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to the 700 block of Mallory Street in reference to a loud music complaint at approximately 3:05 P.M. Contact was made with the residence and the music was turned down.

Officer Renfro and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to the 3400 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 6:10 P.M. Contact was made with two subjects and after speaking to officers they left the area.

Officer Petty was out in the 13000 block of CR 474 in reference to a public service matter at approximately 7:55 P.M.

Sergeant Flores made a routine traffic stop in the 800 block of East South Street that led to the arrest of Julie Ann Moorman with a date of birth of 02-07-1975 on outstanding warrants at approximately 9:35 P.M.

Officer Stevens and Sergeant Petty were dispatched to the 900 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint at approximately 11:00 P.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and after speaking to them the officer stated that everything was okay.

Officers Stevens and Petty assisted Tyler DPS Troopers with an attempt to locate a vehicle with a wheel on fire on I-20 near mile marker 553 east bound at approximately 4:30 A.M.

Officer Burnette assisted a stranded motorist in the 800 block of Elm Street at approximately 10:40 A.M.

Officer Burnette was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 300 block of South Main Street at approximately 10:40 A.M.

Officers Bryan, Burnette and Sergeant Flores assisted the Lindale Fire Department with traffic control for a structure fire in the 13000 block of I-20 W at approximately 1:25 P.M.

Officers Burnette, Bryan and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to the 100 block of E Centennial Blvd in reference to a stolen vehicle complaint at approximately 2:45 P.M. The officers located the vehicle in the area and it was returned to the owner at that time.

Bryan were dispatched to a welfare concern in the 200 block of Heritage Court at approximately 6:10 P.M. Contact was made with the residence and they stated that the subject was not at the residence at the time.

Officers Stevens and Petty were out in the 3200 block of South Main Street checking a suspicious vehicle at approximately 12:50 A.M. Contact was made with two subjects and after speaking with officers they left the area.

Officer Stevens was dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 300 block of North Main Street at approximately 3:25 A.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and the officer stated that everything was okay.

Officers Petty and Stevens were dispatched to a business alarm in the 3400 block of South Main Street at approximately 5:35 A.M. After checking the business the officers stated that it was a false alarm.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 3400 block of South Main Street in reference to a public service matter at approximately 8:20 A.M.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to the 700 block of Stewart Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 10:30 A.M. Contact was made with a male subject and officers stated that everything was okay the subject was there at the owners invitation.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 100 block of East Centennial Blvd in reference to a found property complaint at approximately 1:40 P.M. A report was taken and the property was later returned to the legal owner.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 15000 block of Country Acres Drive in reference to a welfare concern at approximately 2:50 P.M. Contact was made with a female subject who stated that she was resting before finishing her run.

Officer Dworaczyk and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to the 15000 block of CR 467 in reference to a loud music complaint at approximately 3:30 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject at the residence and the music was turned down.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 17000 block of Hwy 69 N in reference to an ordinance violation at approximately 5:50 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject and then the officer stated that the property was outside the city limits.

Sergeant Bolton assisted a stranded motorist in the 100 block of East Hubbard Street at approximately 6:40 P.M.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe were dispatched to a disturbance in the 300 block of Braziel Street at approximately 8:20 P.M. The disturbance was settled at the scene with one party leaving for the night.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe assisted Tyler DPS Troopers with an attempt to locate a vehicle in the 13000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 6:00 A.M.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 2500 block of South Main Street in reference to a counterfeit money complaint at approximately 10:55 A.M. A report was taken and will be forwarded for further investigation.

Officers Dworaczyk and Leevey were dispatched to the 300 block of Summer Tree Circle in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 11:40 A.M. Contact was made with the reporting person and the area checked by officers.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to a welfare concern on I-20 near mile marker 553 west bound at approximately 3:20 P.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and roadside assistance was contacted by dispatch for the officer.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to the 13000 block of I-20 W in reference to a motorist assist at approximately 6:15 P.M. Officers assisted in changing a tire and getting the vehicle back on the way.

Officer DeWolfe was dispatched to the 100 block of East Hubbard Street in reference to a traffic hazard at approximately 7:55 P.M. The area was marked by the officer until construction crews could remove the items.

Officer Wilson was out in the 100 block of East Hubbard checking on a suspicious person at approximately 10:20 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject and then officer stated that everything was okay.

Officer Wilson was in the 17000 block of Harvey Road checking on a suspicious person at approximately 10:40 P.M. After speaking to a male subject the officer stated that he was an employee of one of the businesses.

Officers Wilson, DeWolfe and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 13000 block of Wood Springs Road at approximately 12:15 A.M. Contact was made with the owner of the cattle and they were gotten off the roadway.

Officer DeWolfe was dispatched to the 13000 block of I-20 W in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 12:45 A.M. Contact was made with a male subject that left the area after speaking to the officer.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to a business alarm in the 16000 block of Village Lake Drive at approximately 8:25 A.M. Contact was made with the business and the officer stated that it was a false alarm.

Officer Leevey assisted a stranded motorist in the 17000 block of I-20 W at approximately 8:45 A.M.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to a business alarm in the 2100 block of South Main Street at approximately 9:15 A.M. Contact was made with the business owner who stated that it was a false alarm.

Officers Dworaczyk, Bryan and Leevey were dispatched to the 600 block of South Main Street in reference to a missing child complaint at approximately 5:15 P.M. The child was located by officers and returned to the parents unharmed.

Officer Bryan assisted Tyler Department of Transportation Troopers with traffic control for a traffic accident in the 13000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 5:40 P.M.

Officers Dworaczyk, Leevey and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to a business in the 100 block of East Centennial Blvd. in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 5:55 P.M. Contact was made with a male subject at the business and after speaking to officers he left the area.

Officers Bryan, Dworaczyk, Leevey and Sergeant Bolton assisted the Texas Department of Transportation with traffic control for highway repair crew at approximately 6:35 P.M.

Officers Wilson and De- Wolfe were dispatched to a disturbance in the 400 block of West Hubbard Street at approximately 8:10 P.M. The disturbance was settled at the scene with no charges filed.

Officers Wilson, DeWolfe and Sergeant Bolton assisted Deputy Constables with a disturbance in the 900 block of East Hubbard Street at approximately 8:45 P.M.

Officers Bryan, DeWolfe, Wilson and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to the 500 block of Noah Lane in reference to a welfare concern at approximately 9:00 P.M. Contact was made with several parties at the residence and a report for assault was taken and is under further investigation at this time.

Sergeant Bolton was out in the 2200 block of South Main Street checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 11:25 P.M. Contact was made with 2 subjects and the officer stated that everything was okay.

At approximately 1:00 a.m. Sgt Bolton assisted a stranded motorist in the 3200 block of South Main

Officer Renfro responded to a traffic complaint around 7:30 a.m. in the 3500 block of South Main

Officer Renfro and Det. Lazarine were dispatched to the 300 block of East Hubbard in reference to a report of suspicious circumstances

At 8:45 Officer Renfro was dispatched to the 500 block of North College on a 911 hang up call

Officer Renfro worked a minor traffic accident shortly after 11:00 a.m. in the 100 block of Centennial Blvd

Officer Renfro attempted to check the welfare of an individual on North Street at approximately 11:40 a.m.

Det. Lazarine and Officer Renfro checked the welfare of a subject on York St at approximately 1:30 p.m.

Det. Lazarine was dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 400 block of East Hubbard shortly after 3:00 p.m.

Officer Renfro was dispatched to 105 Centennial around on a report of suspicious circumstances

Officer Petty assisted Champion EMS with a medical call on South Main at shortly after 7:00 p.m.

Around 7:20 p.m. Officer Stevens was dispatched to an animal complaint on Rita Street

Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 2800 block of South Main at approximately 8 p.m.

Officers Petty and Stevens were dispatched to the 200 block of Cooper Street in reference to a city ordinance violation of someone setting off fireworks

Around 9:15 p.m. Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to a business alarm in the 2800 block of South Main. Officers checked the building and determined that it was a false alarm

Shortly after 10 p.m. Officers Petty and Stevens assisted Smith County Sheriff’s Department on CR 497

At 11:00 p.m. Officer Stevens and Petty were dispatched to a traffic complaint on I-20 near MM 552

Officer Renfro and Det. Lazarine were dispatched to a business alarm in the 3200 block of South Main. Officers determined it to be a false alarm

Around 5:30 p.m. Officer Renfro assisted a stranded motorist in the 3200 block of South Main

Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to a traffic complaint in Country Acres at approximately 7:30 p.m.
