Officer Stevens was out in the 1300 block of South Main Street checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 1:15 A.M.

Officers Stevens and Petty assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a stolen vehicle complaint in the 21000 block of CR 466 at approximately 3:20 A.M.

Officer Renfro made a routine traffic stop in the 3500 block of South Main Street that led to the arrest of David Michael Frank with a date of birth of 04- 23-1955 for alleged driving while intoxicated at approximately 7:20 A.M.

Sergeant McElyea met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a public service matter at approximately 10:25 A.M.

Officer Renfro and Sergeant Flores assisted the Lindale Fire Department with traffic control in the 19000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 1:50 P.M.

Officer Renfro and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 900 block of North Main Street at approximately 3:20 P.M.

Officer Renfro and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to the 600 block of North Main Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 3:45 P.M. The area was checked and then officers stated that the person had left the area prior to offi- cer’s arrival.

Officer Renfro was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 200 block of North Commerce St at approximately 3:50 P.M.

Officer Renfro and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to a welfare concern in the 500 block of North Main Street at approximately 6:05 P.M. Contact was made with the residence and the subject was not there at that time.

Sergeant Flores and Officer Renfro were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 600 block of North Main Street at approximately 6:20 P.M.

Sergeant Flores and Officer Renfro were dispatched to a disturbance in the 300 block of South Main Street at approximately 6:30 P.M. The disturbance was settled at the scene with no charges filed at that time.

Officer Petty and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 1500 block of South Main Street at approximately 6:55 P.M.

Sergeant Flores was dispatched to the 3200 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint at approximately 7:10 P.M. After making contact with the reporting person the officer stated that the vehicle left the area prior to his arrival.

Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to a business alarm in the 100 block of North Main Street at approximately 7:45 P.M. Officer checked the business then stated that it was a false alarm.

Officers Stevens and Petty were dispatched to the 600 block of North Main Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 8:10 P.M. Officers made contact with two individuals and after speaking to officers they agreed to leave the area.

Officer Petty and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to a disturbance in the 800 block of East Hubbard Street that led to the arrest of Stephanie Alaina Slagle-Harper, with a date of birth of 11-14-1979, on outstanding warrants at approximately 11:35 P.M.

Officer Stevens was dispatched to the 200 block of East Hubbard Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 11:45 P.M. The area was checked and contact was made with a female subject in the area.

Officer Dworaczyk was out in the 100 block of Ballard Street checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 9:15 A.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and the officer stated everything was okay.

Officer Leevey met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to found property at approximately 9:50 A.M. A report was taken and the property was later returned to his rightful owner.

Officers Dworaczyk and Leevey were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 400 block of North College Street at approximately 10:00 A.M. The owner of the animal was located and the dog was returned to the owner at that time.

Officers Dworaczyk and Leevey were dispatched to a 911 hang up call in the 15000 block of CR 467 at approximately 10:40 A.M. After checking the residence the officers stated that there was no one at the residence at that time.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to the 700 block of North College Street in reference to a theft complaint at approximately 10:45 A.M. A report was taken and the property later located and returned to the owner.

Officer Leevey met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a lost property complaint at approximately 11:20 A.M. A report was taken and is further investigation at this time.

Officer Leevey met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a harassment Complaint at approximately 3:50 P.M. A report was taken and forwarded to Detectives for further investigation.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to a business alarm in the 200 block of Cooper Street at approximately 4:20 P.M. The business was checked and then the officer stated it was a false alarm.

Officers Leevey , Dworaczyk, Bryan and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to a disturbance in the 500 block of South Boyd Street that led to the arrest of Veronica Terrell with a date of birth of 12- 20-1962, for alleged assault at approximately 4:25 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton was dispatched to the 1100 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 4:50 P.M. The officer met with the reporting party and took a report that is under further investigation at this time.

Officer DeWolfe was dispatched to the 15000 block of CR 467 in reference to a loud music complaint at approximately 12:30 A.M. Contact was made with the residence and the music was turned down.

Officer Wilson was dispatched to the 600 block of Brad Circle in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 1:20 A.M. The area was checked and the officer was unable to locate anyone out in the area.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to a traffic accident on I-20 near mile marker 552 east bound at approximately 1:20 P.M.

Officers Dworaczyk and Leevey were dispatched to a traffic accident on I-20 near mile marker 555 east bound at approximately 1:45 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton and Officer Leevey were dispatched to a traffic accident on I-20 near mile marker 553 east bound at approximately 2:05 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton assisted Tyler DPS Troopers with a traffic accident on I-20 near mile marker 553 east Bound at approximately 2:45 P.M.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to the 700 block of North College Street in reference to the recovery of stolen property at approximately 2:50 P.M. The property was returned to the rightful owner.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 200 block of Bonnie Street in reference to a suspicious person complaint at approximately 4:35 P.M. The officer met with the reporting person and a report was taken and is under further investigation at this time.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 3200 block of South Main Street at approximately 5:10 P.M. The officers checked the area for the vehicle but were unable to locate it at that time.

Officers DeWolfe and Wilson were dispatched to a traffic accident on I-20 near mile marker 555 west bound at approximately 8:35 P.M.

Officers Wilson, De- Wolfe and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to a disturbance in the 200 block of West Centennial Blvd. at approximately 9:00 P.M. The disturbance was settled at the scene with neither party wishing to file charges at the time.

Officer DeWolfe was dispatched to the 900 block of Abbey Road in reference to an animal complaint at approximately 12:35 A.M. On dog was picked up and taken to the city kennel by the officer.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 800 block of Greenwood Circle in reference to a city ordinance violation at approximately 7:30 A.M.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to a traffic accident in the 300 block of Mount Sylvan Road at approximately 7:55 A.M.

Officer Leevey and Sergeant McElyea were dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 18000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 8:30 A.M. Officers spoke to all parties involved and a report was taken for further investigation.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to a traffic acci- dent in the 300 block of Mount Sylvan Road at approximately 10:55 A.M.

Officer Dworaczyk assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a residential alarm in the 17000 block of CR 4185 at approximately 6:45 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton and Officer DeWolfe assisted Tyler DPS Troopers with an attempt to locate a vehicle in the 3400 block of South Main Street at approximately 7:20 P.M.

Officer DeWolfe was dispatched to an animal complaint in the 100 block of Hudson Street at approximately

8:00 P.M.

Officers DeWolfe and Wilson were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 100 block of Hudson Street at approximately 9:40 P.M. Officers were unable to make contact with the owner of the animals at that time.

Officer Wilson and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to a loud music complaint in the 12000 block of CR 472 at approximately 11:00 P.M. After making contact with the reporting party and checking the area the officers stated that the vehicle had left the area prior to their arrival.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to the 600 block of Yesterday Drive in reference to a public service matter at approximately 7:00 A.M.

Detective Lazarine was dispatched to the 100 block of East Centennial Blvd in reference to a forgery complaint at approximately 9:40 A.M. A report was taken and is under further investigation at this time

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to the 200 block of Waters Street in reference to a forgery complaint at approximately 9:55 A.M. A report was taken and forwarded to detectives for further investigation.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to an animal complaint in the 17000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately 10:30 A.M.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to a traffic complaint in the 100 block of North Main Street at approximately 10:35 A.M.

Officer Dworaczyk was out in the 200 block of West South Street on an escort at approximately 10:45 A.M.

Officers Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 13000 block of Hwy 69 N at approximately11: 05 A.M.

Lieutenant Craft assisted Community Development personnel with suspicious activity in the 600 block of East Hubbard Street at approximately 11:15 A.M.

Officers Dworaczyk, Leevey and Sergeant Bolton were dispatched to a welfare concern in the 300 block of Braziel Street at approximately 1:10 P.M. Contact was made with the subject and officers stated that everything was okay.

Officer Dworaczyk was dispatched to an animal complaint in the 900 block of Martha Becker Drive at approximately 2:45 P.M. The officer was able to locate and return the animal to its owner.

Sergeant Bolton and Officer Dworaczyk assisted the Smith County Sheriff’s Department with a welfare concern in the 18000 block of Gregory Street at approximately 4:15 P.M.

Officer Bryan met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a public service matter at approximately 4:40 P.M.

Sergeant Bolton was dispatched to the 200 block of Stadium Drive in reference to a suspicious activity complaint at approximately 5:30 P.M. The officer made contact with two subjects in the area and then stated that everything was okay.

Officer Leevey was dispatched to the 200 block of Cooper Street in reference to a business alarm at approximately 5:30 P.M. After checking the business the officer stated that it was a false alarm set off by an employee.

Officers Bryan, Leevey and Dworaczyk were dispatched to an animal complaint in the 1000 block of Northpark Drive at approximately 6:20 P.M. The animal was caught and later returned to the legal owner.

Officer DeWolfe was out in the 14000 block of Fm 849 checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 4:45 A.M.

Officer DeWolfe was out in the 17000 block of I-20 W checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 4:50 A.M.

Officer Burnette met with an individual at the Lindale Police Department in reference to a theft at approximately 1:40 P.M. A report was taken and forwarded to Detectives for further investigation.

Officer Renfro was out in the 1200 block of South Main Street checking on an open building at approximately 3:20 P.M. After checking the building the officer stated that everything appear okay that the door had just not been pull completely closed.

Officer Bryan was dispatched to a traffic hazard in the 100 block of West Centennial Blvd at approximately 5:10 P.M.

Officer Bryan was out in the 2500 block of South Main Street in reference to a public service matter at approximately 6:30 P.M.

Officer Petty and Sergeant Flores were dispatched to the 2500 block of South Main Street in reference to a suspicious vehicle complaint at approximately 8:45 P.M. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle and then officers stated that everything was okay.

Sergeant Flores was out in the 200 block of Stadium Drive checking on a suspicious vehicle at approximately 9:00 P.M. Contact was made with two subjects in the vehicle and after speaking with the officer they left the area.

Officer Renfro was dispatched to a minor traffic accident in the 100 block of South Main at approximately 7:45 a.m.

At approximately 9:45 a.m. Officer Burnette met with an individual at the Police Department in reference to found property

Det McElyea worked a minor traffic accident in the 100 block of South Main at approximately 11:30 a.m.

Officers Renfro and Burnette were dispatched to a traffic complaint on East Hubbard at approximately 1:15 p.m.

Shortly after 3:00 p.m. Officer Burnette checked a traffic hazard in the 100 block of Mallory Street

Officers Burnette and Renfro were dispatched to a traffic accident in the 3200 block of South Main at approximately 4:45 p.m.
